Event Name: Proton Therapy with Dr. Kunaprayoon Date: January 25th Time: 12:00 - 12:45 pm EST Forum #3 Dr. Kunaprayoon is a board-certified radiation oncologist who specializes in proton therapy with several years of experience in the treatment of all cancer disease sites. He also has particular interest in several additional radiation modalities including stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiotherapy, and deep hyperthermia. Dr. Kunaprayoon focuses on the management of patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary tumors, thoracic, head and neck tumors as well as patients with lymphoma, leukemia, myeloma and sarcoma. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Cornell and his residency training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Cincinnati, where he also served as Chief Resident. Following that he completed a Fellowship in proton therapy and advanced radiation modalities at the University of Maryland.
